No-Fault Coverage

If you are in an accident, no-fault insurance allows you to be reimbursed for certain expenses by your own insurance company, no matter which driver was at fault. Depending on the state you live in, no-fault insurance may be required (also called "compulsory") or optional. Most states have a combination of required and optional coverage options.

Each state's coverage is different. Click on your state to learn about the coverage available in your state. If you do not see your state name, either it does not have no-fault insurance, or we do not write insurance in that state.
